He has worked closely with A-list talent including Oprah Winfrey, Tom Selleck, Dane Cook, Jet Li, Wagner Moura, and Ana de Armas. A member of both the Television Academy of Arts and Sciences and IATSE Local in Los Angeles, Erik brings unmatched creative vision and industry credibility to every project. Jacqueline Straughan is an internationally critically acclaimed principal dancer turned multidisciplinary artist whose work centers on design, branding, and purpose-driven creative direction. As a co-founder of Lot | 44, she leads visual identity and apparel collaborations that connect story, style and social impact. Her two-decade professional ballet background brings a refined movement-informed aesthetic to every project, balancing precision and drive for excellence with emotional resonance. As a mother, Jacqueline is passionate about shaping creative experiences that empower the next generation to think boldly, build sustainably, and lead with confidence where art, science, and community intersect.
Drew Sparks is an award-winning educator and a highly experienced Greenpower professional, recognized globally for his expertise. In 2014, he pioneered the introduction of U.S. stock and modified F24 teams and further led Greenpower Team USA to the 2016 International Finals in Corby, England, all while serving as a Teacher Advisor to the GPUSA board. As the Executive Director since 2019, Drew has directed significant growth of the Greenpower program. His extensive coaching background and the organization of nearly 200 events across the nation demonstrate his deep commitment and influential role within the Greenpower community.
Established in 2014 as a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, GreenpowerUSA is a dynamic, interactive, and teacher-led after-school STEM education program where students from elementary to collegiate level are empowered to design, build, and race electric race cars with their school team. During the 2024-2025 season, GreenpowerUSA had over 230 teams racing across its four divisions with student demographics at approximately at 60% male and 40% female for participation. With opportunities to race around every corner, GreenpowerUSA hosts over 30 races annually culminating with a National Championships at a premier American race track. With programs rapidly expanding across the globe, Greenpower Education Trust has active licensee programs in the United Kingdom, Iberia, Benelux, France, UAE, and Australia with licensed teams in Brazil, Ireland, and Portugal. GreenpowerUSA is the exclusive licensee of the Greenpower Education Trust program in the United States and continues to grow even as it operates in 8 states. GreenpowerUSA leads the charge in delivering sustainable hands-on STEM racing education to the nation’s youth inspiring innovation beyond the classroom into the community.
